The company I work for is looking for a 24/7 Tech Support company that can provide service for customers at a monthly or yearly fee. We want to be able to charge a customer XX amount for 24/7 service if they wish to buy it for the month or year (depending on the plan) - we use to work with a large provider and we had a low fixed cost per customer. Here is a real-life example: Mike is looking for desktop support, he goes to the company website and signs up for an unlimited monthly service or yearly service. Based on the price for the month or the year he picks his service.
