Proofread 28000-30000 Words

I have a technical document related to building architecture. It has been translated from Portuguese into English. So i am looking for a proofreader with Engineering background and a knowledge of Portuguese will be plus point. So you will have to fix the translation by checking grammatical errors and have to make them perfect if there any errors. Either English US or English UK standard will be ok.
