We are a small engineering consultancy based in Canada, currently seeking a highly-motivated Sales Engineer to promote our products and grow our customer base. What We Do: Specialize in industrial automation and process control, we provide system integration and protocol conversion locally as well as internationally. We integrate devices into BACnet, Lonworks, Metasys, Rockwell, Modicon and over 100 others. We also develop communication drivers for industrial, building automation, HVAC, fire, other (Serial and Ethernet) networks and develop custom HMI visualizations such as ActiveX and Flash. Our Customers' Main Focuses: Lighting, Control, HVAC, Fire Panel and Building Efficiency. Your Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Identify sales opportunities and devise marketing plans. Establish new clients and maintain existing, long-term relationships with customers. Follow-up with order status. Present regular reports and analysis. Attend to sales target. Conduct market survey and market research. Procure orders and prepare quotations. Handle new inquiries and follow-up on leads. Follow-up for the payment. Market and promote services range. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Offer after-sales support services. Create technical presentations and product demo. Solve client problems. Coordinate with our sales personnel. Conduct product testing. Prepare product updates. Qualification, Skill and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Instrumentation & Control / similar A background in sales is an added advantage Experience on ABB PLC’s, SCADA and AC/DC Drives At least one year working experience in the related field Proficient in English, with little or no accent Computer literate Well-versed in C, C++, PLC Languages Have good sound judgement and business sense Have the ability to build relationships with clients quickly Have analytical and problem-solving skills Independent Other details please see attached.
