Dear All,
We, Simar International Inc., are looking for a BPO in Asia Pacific for a US Mortgage Broker ( Operating in 28+ states ) for End-to-End Mortgage Origination Process.
The BPO will have to efficiently take care of the following:
Lead Generation .
Taking an Application.
Processing (Not limited to co-ordination with Escrow and Title company, Appraisal and Lender).
Closing and Funding.
Needs list for Call Centers / BPOs
1. Experience with US mortgage (any level)
2. Should be ready to start-up with a workforce of minimum 25 (comprising of 6 Loan Officers, 18 Assistant Loan Officers and 1 Processor)
Other details:
Training would be provided to the whole team.
Broker is approved with over 120 Lenders/Banks. Has been in business for over 25 years.
Approved in over 28 states.
