SALES ASSISTANT -contact prospective customers, answer questions, and book phone appointments for the Career Counsellor -liase with prospective customers to convert them into customers -intake new customers over the phone & email (we provide a number you can use through a smartphone application) -book appointments into the career counselor's calendar application -follow up with new customers and issue invoices -assist with billing tracking -create bi-weekly customer reports Skills Required: -high energy -fluent English -**positive attitude** -positive phone demeanor -likes supporting customers -enjoys problem-solving -highly organized -likes career counselling >Time Commitment Our time zone is UTC -7, PDT (Pacific Daylight Time, Vancouver BC Canada) main work hours for this project will be Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm PST. Approx. 15 to 20 hours per week to start immediately. Hours to be increased as needed.
