We are hiring a sales representative to grow the business in the US. A little bit about us: CSM is a globally recognized training provider for financial advisors. We have helped over 250 FA's grow their business in a predictable manner through a program called the Kickstarter program. What we are looking for: Someone whos not afraid to cold call Someone who is open to feedback Someone who is eager to learn new skills and develop themselves Someone who is ambitious and wants to make $300 a day Someone who is focused and doesn't multi-task Someone who has previous sales experience Someone who can write in English - Email marketing benefits of working with us: >The sales cycle of our product is short - Usually one-week sales cycle >Financial advisors are very responsive to phone calls and email >Our current reps in Europe are closing 1 FA on average every 2/3 days - $300 commission per sale. >We provide training worth $1000 dollars to each sales rep >We Provide 30% commission on every sale - Services ranging from $1000 - $5000 >We pay on commission basis for the first 3 months and then review an additional base payment once past probation. > On average our sales reps make $3000 a month in commission > Once 3-month probation is complete - $5000 a month > Our team provides you with Lead lists / Email address and all the resources you will need to be successful > Our team provides you with Sales scripts that are working for them > Our team is here to help you along with your journey and improve your skillset

I worked in a multi-national company where I was designated as Business Development Executive.
