I need to do Mystery Shopping Evaluation calls in several countries. You will need to call a number in your country and make an inquiry on services provided and evaluate the product knowledge of the staff you will be speaking with. After the call you will need to fill up a report on this call online. You will be required to register as a mystery shopper on [login to view URL] to proceed with this project. You must be able to read and write in English to be able to understand the instructions and be able to fill up the survey form. You would need to record the call.
