Hello! If you take a quick look at my freelancer.com portfolio, you will find that I have exactly what you need for your project. I have been animating in Flash since 2000 and have a few short examples on this site. What I have uploaded is mostly logo animation, but I can certainly create the character animations you need. I have 3D animation tools that I could use, but from your project description I see that 2D with a few 3D objects might fit the bill much better. If you could describe the main character (male/female/age/etc) you wish to have animated, I could get those few clips to you in short order. Depending on the use of the animations, perhaps a personalized character based on a photo would be a good idea? You might notice that I don't have any reviews on this site, yet - but, that is just because I am new around here. I would love to do a project like yours in order to gain experience using this site.
