Create an Animation

I want to create a car race themed (think speedracer) corporate video. Lasting roughly 3 minutes, the concept is to have a fair performing car, for the pit crew to work on it, and for it to become the best performer in the field. The characters (driver and pit crew) will be modelled off real-life employees with their real voices provided for the script (we will supply). I have attached an incomplete rough edit of what we are looking for, but are expecting a much more polished result. Story board and script will be provided.
