i just can do any effect in after effect and here ots only about some glowing text.. i can bid on any project which belong to after effects.

I have done a lot of projects like this, if you see my portfolio there is a video titled "Masteri Thao Dien" which have camera tracking (the technique that you are needed for this project). We did on a city scale scene. So your task will be simple. I can do it in 1 day, put the words onto the rock is simple, it just the render that stretches the time. If things go really well. i can complete the job in 2 days.
