AutoCAD 3D Modelling

Dear Contractors, It is amazing how many replies I get from annoying contractors who either cannot or too lazy to read before they submit their quote. It annoys the shit out of me. If you are one of those, I WILL not waste my time replying to your dumb ass so read the work descriptions and requirements before you open you submit your quote. "If you do not have a fast internet connection and a mic for us to Skype screen share THEN DO NOT RESPOND as it is the MAIN job requirement" Reasoning is this: Why should I or anyone with a brain want to spend three /four hours at a time typing out an idea or a concept if the same information can be conveyed in 10-15 minutes via Skype screen share and voice chat? Drives me nuts when people are happy to make and take phone calls but are afraid to voice chat over Skype, it makes no sense to me. If you cannot meet this requirement then DO NOT apply!!! IMPORTANT!!! READ and understand my terms below before apply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1) Cad design ability an advantage. 2) Structural engineering background an advantage. 3) Graphic design ability an advantage. Requirements: 1) Have FAST high speed internet connection 2) Skype ready with Headset/mic for screen share and voice chat (ESSENTIAL) 3) Available on set regular Skype hours 4) Must have high end pc (If you are also hired for rendering work) 5) Efficient and reliable JOB Requirements: 1) Job is ongoing for capable contractor with common sense 2) Work is ongoing for efficient talented contractor 3) I have drawn out a concept layout of food trailers and kiosks which I need CAD drawn and 3D model model generated. 4) I do not need your design contribution, just your common sense too be able to follow instructions to apply this to your design. 5) I have attached photos illustrations of what needs to be done. a) CAD drawing of my food court concept consisting of: i) Trailer - Including internal drawings of equipment layouts ii) Kiosk - Including internal drawings of equipment layouts iii) Main Building - Including internal drawings of equipment layouts iv) Court yard cover structure v) Court yard- layouts of all of above as per my concept layout b) Need to know how long it will take you to do CAD drawings c) Need to know how long it will take you to generated 3D rendering of completed CAD drawings I'm only after quotes between $3-$4 p/h.
