Hi, checkout my portfolio for some samples of character modeling and animation. I've created many 3D characters in the past that appeared in tv commercials and printed media. I use 3ds max 2013 and its built-in plugin biped for rigging. Materials could be max native materials or Vray 2 for better quality. The tie could have movement using native cloth plugins when animation is required. Best regards
