Create an Animation

I need a 60-80 second animation done to do the following: 1. I would like the animation to have a level of technical feel and detail that would somewhat resemble the attached 2 images. This is technical and detailed. 2. The animation will show a series of events happening in the human body. This is to represent a new technology we are introducing. 3. The actual animation is showing a. the brain lighting up in different sections and sending information down to the Vegus nerve at the base of the brain. b. At the same time this is happening, the animation would show impulses coming from every aspect of the body, sending information to the Vegus nerve also. As these impulses are coming from different places in the body, as they travel along an electrical system, there would be little balloons of text that would state various things about these impulses c. As all of these impulses from the brain and body hit the vegus nerve, it would show the vegus nerve sending all of the impulses which would be converted to waves of information, to the larynx. d. The animation would then show the the mouth beginning to move, to create speech, and the larynx sounds out these 3 dimension waves filled with images and text to share that information is contained within the words. e. The waves then come out of the mouth and the animation will show they within the waves is embedded information that comes from the whole body. You can view this video here.
