The end product is a physical object that I will build from your 3D model which you will supply the dxf file for me to get laser cut with the bend lines slotted out and then with your detail instructions will show me angle to fold and parts to join together. End result of product will be the Totem Stone Head Please see the attached file.

Hi. I am product designer and cad modeler using solidworks since many years. I have many experiences with plastic and metal parts. My suggestion is following: I send you a 3D model proposal for review, I'll make the necessary changes and when you agree the design, I will make it flat and indicate dimension, bending lines and so on in a 2D drawing.
