Create simple animated GIFs from still product icons

I have a dozen product icons (all in PNG) that I would like to create an animated GIF version of each. The animated version should still be close enough to the original; in most cases the images contain two main elements, and either of them could be animated in a pulsating way (making them smaller/bigger), moved around each other etc. I have uploaded the two 12 images below; the animated versions need to retain the dimensions of the original.
