The requirement is for Low Poly Rigged and Animated Game Ready 3d models with realistic textures in .fbx format and maya's .mb format. The specifications are; 1. Each .fbx file should not exceed more than 2Mb to 3 Mb ( Including Animations) 2. Typical animations include ; Walk, Run and Talk Cycles ( Any other animation required will be specified in advance as required based on the model and scene ) 3. Number of Polygons : Game Ready with polygon count in the range of 750 to 1500 with few bones as possible not exceeding a maximum of 20.
