Hi there' I'm a mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience in designing, modeling, prototyping and effective manufacturing of different products, ranging from consumer goods to alternative energy systems. I would realy like to work on your project. I could remember a project where I had to model and make the molds for a new protection helmet, as part of my experience. I do not work in SolidWorks, but I use Autodesk Inventor and Inventor Fusion to maniplulate parametric models to free form, and the outcome is in the general CAD format (iges, stl, stp, obj, etc).
