Design a machine

We require a mechanism design which is able to perform the following in order. How the mechanism works: 1) To be able to accurately dispense viscous fluids from a tank into a bottle in 3 different volumes base on user’s selection – 200ml ,500ml , 1250ml. 2) User will select the volume to dispense, with a display to show the amount that need to be paid to proceed. 3) A payment receptor that is able to accept coins or notes, able to give out change and show the remaining amount that is left unpaid. User to confirm decision to proceed with the dispense of the fluid after the correct amount is inserted. 4) A safety mechanism at the dispensing area to protect the nozzle until the confirmation from the user to proceed is received. A LED backlight to indicate that the user is now able to access the dispense area to place the bottle to be filled. 5) A sensor to be installed to confirm that the bottle is in place. An indication to inform the User that machine will begin to dispense 6) There should be something to hold the bottles in place, and align the bottle opening to the nozzle to prevent spillage. 7) Machine will only dispense when ALL 3 conditions are fulfilled - Correct amount of cash inserted base on user’s selection - Bottle to receive fluid is in the correct position - Bottle opening is aligned with the dispensing nozzle 8) An indication for the User to remove the bottle once it has been filled to the selected amount. Can be linked to criteria #5 9) Dispense area back to locked position (Criteria #4) once the user remove the filled bottle. 10) There must be a back flush function for the nozzle, after the door is closed, fresh water shall be pumped at a relatively high velocity enough to “wash” the nozzle.
