Do some 3D Modelling

We are looking for 3D renderings for a snow globe. Ideally we would like one main version of a glass snow globe as well as a plastic snow globe and 1 other variation of each. I have attached a PDF file to support the request. We would like to be around $100 1. We want to make sure that the texture of the base (Mars Surface) will continue into the glass portion of the snow globe. 2. On the surface in the globe we would like to have the JPL logo set into the surface as if it fell from the sky and landed on the surface. 3. There would also be a nice American Flag on a pole that is attached to the "L" in "JPL" just like they have on the moon. 4. We would also include a few small floating print pieces (flat plastic). They would be a rocket, satellite, mars rover. They would fly around when you shake it up. 5. The glitter colors would be in the theme of the mars surface including Red and Black for JPL. 6. In a second version we would like to make the same design with the plastic snow globe shown at the bottom of the PDF. 6. In a third version we would like to see each snow globe (Glass and Plastic) without the printed Outer Space background. 7. Please reference the "Star Wars" snow globe image shown in the PDF to get an idea of the final product that we want to achieve.
