Hi, my name is Alain and I'll be able to have the photo transformed into 3D easily as I have a lot of experience in both 3D modeling and in Sculpting. What I plan on doing is roughing out a base mesh and after that I will begin the sculpting process. The final step I will take is to use re-topology so that the final sculpt will keeps its detail but with less Polygons. I will be using Blender for this project. I hope to hear from you!
