CAD model from 2D documents

Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer, specialized in the industrial robotics, 3D modeler and designer. I have over 15 years work experience, designing, prototyping and launching different devices/systems across multiple industries. I could help with your project, but I really need more details/info about. What you have here is a coreless direct drive generator. What is not shown in any of the attached pdf is the bearings, the fixtures, the fasteners, etc. I could make this model, but of course not within this budget. we could discuss about, after I'll see the detailed drawings.
