Create a 3D model from the provided concept and character sheet

I need a 3d artist to create a 3d model, to be used as a game character. The character is a monster, and I provided the concept art with this project, complete with a character sheet that has front, side and back view, and also zoomed in face, side and front view. This should suffice as complete reference to model the character. The model should be fully textured, the colors can be found on the concept file. The concept is file '', and the character sheet is file ''. - I want the 3d model to be low to mid poly (less or about 30k), but have a baked details from a high poly sculpted model. It's up to you if you want to start from low poly then sculpt, or sculpt first then do a retopology. If you are a good fit for this project, you should know what I'm talking about, and how to do this. - The model should be in A pose - The model should have acceptable topology, it is after is going to be used as a game character. - Deliverables: a. the high poly sculpted file, .ztl for zbrush b. the low poly that has a projection from the high poly sculpted file, .mb, .obj, .blend, .fbx, .3ds c. All texture files, material files in, .mtl, .tiff, .jpg, .png, .targa d.
