Build interesting 3d medival architecture for low poly game using stock objects

We have a set of low poly game objects (~140 walls, roofs, stairs, floors, etc) that are of a fantasy / medieval theme. We now need someone to take these objects and create interesting architecture that will be used in a venetian type setting for a low poly game. You may use any 3d toolset of your choice, as long as it can properly import DAE/STL/OBJ/FBX files. Note that the objects follow a fairly consistent coordinate frame (1x1x1 in size) and can be placed together in a fairly systematic way. Looking for someone who has a good eye for fantasy 3d / medieval architecture low poly games and is willing to work within these constraints. Opportunities will exist to improve upon the current catalog of models as well.
