Design and Create Assembly Instruction and Shopping List for a Loft Bed

I need to build two wood lofts with unique design requirements to fit into an old log cabin. The primary design considerations are the cabin dimensions and a desire to not block the main cabin window. I would also like to be able to walk under the loft without hitting my head, I am 6'2".
Not included in my drawings are removable bed guards so guests don't fall off the loft. I would like these to be removable so that I can store boxes on the loft when guests are not present.
The loft is not fancy, so I would like to use the least expensive parts as possible. For the primary legs I would prefer to use 4x4" beams unless otherwise recommended.
All parts must be easily sourced at Home Depot or Lowes.
I would like the following:
1. Design a right and left wood loft to hold queen mattresses (there are many templates online for starters, if useful)
2. Create a "cut list" of wood to cut, the lengths, and the angles
3. Devise assembly instructions including where and what diameter to drill
4. Provide a "shopping list" of all the parts needed to construct and assemble the lofts
Queen size mattress = 60"x80"
Queen size mattress depth = 8"
Must have 1" clearance around mattress to allow it to fit easily, so the total mattress space must be 62" x 82"
