We require photorealistic 3D perspective renders of the front elevation. Must include a photorealistic 3D perspective render of both dwellings together and a photorealistic 3D perspective render/renders which in particular display the grooving in the eave lining, garage tilt door details, side gate detail and the feature blade wall brickwork. You'll be required to determine which angles are the best to use to achieve these requirements. All colours and textures must match the samples provided in the attached Word document (Colour [login to view URL]). The winning bidder will need to display they’re proficient in English and capable of producing high-quality work. As such a generic proposal won’t be sufficient. To help assist us in demonstrating that you understand our requirements please include the word “kingswood” somewhere in your bid.
