I require a 3D modelling of a 7 floor building with compound walls, some shops on ground floor according to the plan. I would strictly need 3Ds max 2016 or earlier [login to view URL] do not share Max 2017 or 2018 files. I would request you to use spline and extrude method where ever possible so that it is easier to edit later. Avoid Poly modeling. I also want the corners to be snapped properly. Also use proper scale units so that I can add some models later on with out any hassle. Please apply Vray basic materials.I do not need any final renders since I will render this project my self at a later stage. Do not add any lights or environments. Do not use high poly for windows and doors for the building. No need to detail the interior portion of the building since I will only render the exteriors of this project. Once again - proper scale units to be followed. Please find the attached Cad drawing files and send me your best quote. I would need a regular freelancer for future projects as well. Regards. Attaching CAD files. Also attaching a random image from google to show shops in the bottom and building on top for reference only.
