Traffic Modelling (Micro-simulation) of a College Campus (Traffic Impact Study)

Looking for a Traffic Modeler familiar with microsimulation modelling of traffic congestion. The project entails running a 2D or 3D model of traffic on campus to determine high congestion areas at pick up and drop off locations designated on the college campus. The college campus incorporated a new mobility program with a rideshare provider. The director of transportation is looking to input designated staging areas across campus as pick up and drop off locations for student, professors or visitors. The microsimulation should identify which locations on the campus route would be the areas to avoid installing the staging areas for rideshare vehicles.
