Epson EscP programmer Epson FX 2190

I'm trying to define a 3/4" page length to print on card board stock that has perforations every 3/4". Here's the code I'm sending. It advance the paper by a little more than 6" instead of 3/4"

Esc @ #reset printer

Esc 0 # print at 8 lines per inch

Esc C 0 # advance 6 lines when form feed

Esc P # 10 CPI

The attached file has the above codes on the first line.

What am I doing wrong?
