I have 2 Nepali interviews total 43 minutes. I am looking for Nepali to English transcriber and translator.

High quality sound and single speaker there.

I need the translation grammatically correct not word by word so it makes more sense.

I need time stamps in every 30 seconds.

And also need single space. Deadline 3 days.
