To create a website portal to handle and administrate claims for car insurance companies. The portal can be accessed by claim owners, Insurance companies, approved repair centers and vehicle replacement centers. The Idea is to redefine claims management by making all process online to move claims process smoothly and fast. were all parties mentioned above will have a real time updates as the vehicle moves through various stages of the claims process were, they can see the status of the claim which will help to avoid lack of communication between the involved parties. Also, the plane is to change the classic way of car surveying by doing it online. E-Survey: Traditionally, surveyors would collect their daily schedule from the office every morning before setting out to conduct surveys and return the next day to submit handwritten reports and printed photographs which would later be scanned and kept on record. We would like to achieve reduction of the turnaround time for the completion of a survey by introducing e-surveys. Equipped with handheld devices, surveyors will conduct e-surveys of the damaged vehicle and upload the damage details into the core system in real time. This will reduce the time required for the approvals and reduce the overall claims processing time. The portal should be secured and user friendly to use and operate by all parties mentioned above.
