Write some Software

Hello I'm currently working creating an online boat game but I have a limited knowledge of coding (I do more 3d modeling). I've been working on this for a while now but kinda put it aside.

what I have is an older version of UFPS and an old asset that's been taken off the store but was called "Ship game starter kit" (found a web player demo of it[url removed, login to view])

what I'm after is someone to do some basic scripting so the UFPS character and the boats can do the following things.

characters can control ship if there in the right collider and have pressed a button, then press it again to stop controlling it.

for the characters to be able to control more than one ship because the way "Ship game starter kit" is setup it doesn't like going from one ship to the next.

for the cannons to be setup so instead of the cannons finding a target and aiming at that target they just shoot straight out.

for characters to be able to control separate ships at the same time and take damage from each other's canons

I need the right cannons to fire on the e key and the left on the q key instead of firing what way the camera is facing.

for the ships to take damage normally with the new cannon setup.

ships to still be able to move with waves

for the character to be able to click on a box or something then it will take them into the town selected view so they can the set up the trade routes from a camera that's pointing birdseye view at the terrain (don't think I could of explained that any simpler sorry)
