File sorting by Google Sheets in Unity C#

We need a utility in Unity Editor (custom inspector script, c#), that can sort json files within the folder, based on order of cells in Google Sheets. In every cell will be the ID of the file and order of this cells in column could be changed. Every json file will have ID inside the file as well. After this you should be able to click the button in Unity Editor, and the script should rename all the files in the folder based on cells order in the column in Google Sheets (the script should compare ID in sheet, and ID in the file). Finally files should look like this: File0000, File0001, File0002, File0003 etc.
