AR Prototype Demo Video

There will be a photo album on the desk. When you open it, you see a photo, then you use your camera on the phone to capture it. Once the photo is shown on the phone screen, (it is like your camera recognize the photo as augmented reality target) then the photo becomes alive and will be played as a video. I have already processed two photo/videos roughly, but need to make the transition more smooth. I also uploaded sample [login to view URL], you can have a better idea of what I am asking for. The original video that need to be used has not uploaded since the size is too big. We will send to you once the job is confirmed.
