Add layer on video

This is a simple project, so I only ask to make $7 off of it (when you take out the fee). I also put one day, because this is something I would do quickly in one sitting. All I need to do is put the clip into Adobe After Effects and I will be able to make the effect you want. If you choose me tonight, I can get started right away and we can have this done in no time. Any other day you might choose me will definitely have enough spare time in the following 24 hours to get this done. I hope I get the chance to work for you on this!
