We need a simple interface to support the Quicktime video format (mov) via ffmpeg. We need a compiled ffmpeg LGPL version for Windows 64Bit. We are currently working with Visual Studio 2013 C/C++ and the interface is intended for a 64Bit application. The API should be kept as simple as possible, like this: CreateVideo (video format, width x height, fps, quality, etc.) AddFrame (Pointer to a RGB image in mem) CloseVideo The images are transferred synchronously.
