Video Editor Needed for Sizzle Reel Videos

I'm in search of a creative video editor for a reoccurring project. My focus currently is producing engaging sizzle reels for clients in the public speaking industry. I've created a video product clients can purchase to assist with promoting their industry experience and achievements. I need to focus on finding the right clients and here's where you come in. Your Task Each project needs a quality creative eye and great communication. Work from my notes and make edits using my sizzle reel template I created in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect. At the start of every project I'll brief you with everything you need to complete the project, including providing all assets (music, sound effects, videos, logos, graphics, voice over, and script). The video editor needs to be fluent in English and grammar since all of my clients will be located in the USA. You'll be working from a template, however you'll be asked to edit the template and create customizations to fit the client's brand. You should be fast in gathering project assets and making creative decisions to produce a 1-2 minute quality sizzle reel. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone with great communication and knows how to ask the right questions to get the job done fast, accurately, and on budget. About the Template I'll need to get acquainted with the video editor before I start the first project. It's important that you have the template already set up and tested for any technical issues that will hold the client's project back from completion. Testing the template is simple. I'll send you the template files and you'll install, fix any linking issues, and render the template video. Send the video to me. If the template video renders correctly the way it was created, we are good to go. Software Needed for Template: You'll need your own tools. Adobe After Effects 2017, Adobe Premiere 2017, Adobe Photoshop 2017, Element 3d 2.22. Project Timeline I've completed projects with this template and it typically takes 7-10 days to complete a video using the timeline breakdown below. These are not full working days. We need to allow time for the client to respond. Please note, clients receive 3 rounds of revisions (text, wording, music or picture swap). Project Timeline & Benchmarks Stage 1 - Editor receives creative briefing & assets for editing - Editor starts editing same day - Editor sends video draft to me - I complete internal review of video draft - I'll send back my personal editing notes - Editor completes 1st internal revisions from my editing notes - I complete internal review of video draft - Editor completes 2nd internal revisions from editing notes - I complete final internal review of video draft - I send the client video Stage 2 - Client reviews video - Client 's 1st revision starts - Client receives new video for review - Client 's 2nd revision starts - Client receives new video for review - Client 's 3rd revision starts - Client receives final video & approves - Project Completed Payment Updated October 20: Starting off I can offer $150 (flat rate) for each template project you complete. If you complete 2 projects, it's $300. If you get good enough to complete 3 projects in a month, it's $450. My future goal is to send 2-4 projects each month. Turnaround time It is not possible to complete this project in one day. Although you may be skilled to complete the edits in 1 days time, each video needs the approval of the client before completion. We have to allow time for client to respond during the process.
