Complete a partially finished website & get it ready to go live

I need someone to take a look at the animation and let me know if you can make the changes that I need? The first animation labelled "HomePage Rolling"... #1 - The top of the page animation should stop moving and remain stable after it plays just once leaving the main logo (car outline with "Start") still. The gear behind the cartoon mechanic rotates until the upper logo animation finishes playing then both the gear and the logo remain stable/still while the rolling information bar begins to "roll" with 5 second pause/intervals between each heading (Location, hours, etc.). Please look at the video animation attached. #2 - At the same time the information bar rolls I wanted the lower bar (with phone number) to roll at the same time. I want the lower bar (where the phone number is placed) to look and roll the same as the upper information bar. The lower bar should rotate "Phone - 604-467-2944", "Fax - 604-467-2936" and E-Mail - "startauto(the "at" symbol)[login to view URL]" at the same hold rate of 5 seconds only the lower should rotate Phone, Fax, Phone, e-mail, Phone, etc. #3 - I want the lower rolling bar & the upper rolling bar to be the exact color, font & size - all sizing to be equal please. I wanted all colors to be exactly the same. I have 2 shades of grey and 1 blue color using a white background - please look at the color information again that I have attached. #4 - the background is using photos of my shop that have been "photo-shopped". I would prefer to use the picture labelled "Start 3" (to use as the background behind the cartoon mechanic). The last thing I want to add is that I am changing website host from "Yellow Pages" to "HostPapa". You will be able to check out HostPapa to see what format will work with their site. If you have any problems with these "needs" of mine please let me know. Eventually I will want to use video & whiteboard animation to describe (expand on) each of my information pages (Location, Services, Etc.). I have a cartoon Truck & Car that I want to used as a transition between information pages. I want to have this homepage completed first & I hope that you can help me with that?
