Create a Talk Show Framework

I am looking at somebody who can design the framework(or more) + thumbnail template of a talk show (discussion on topics + interviews) and do video edits of the interviews we are doing with some leading IT engineers. These videos are a part of a series where we Interview leading engineers in IT in various domains. We need somebody who can help us design the entire framework, do the video editing so that we could float them on our youtube channel. We have logo, raw footages of first session.
Cloud lead to multiple work with interviews happening every week.
Need someone who understands Hindi(must as interviews would be mostly in Hindi).
