HIGHLY EXPERIENCED video editor for my Short film

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can HELP edit my short film. I have already prepared a rough cut of the film and need you to make it smooth and more professional by adding your inputs to the film. Here are the few things that I needed to be done.
1. Make cuts and transitions more smooth and professional
2. Color grade the footage
3. Add cinematic music to the film
Before applying , kindly do mention weather you have worked on any short film.
I have a budget of $100 for the full movie but the thing is that we are going to show it to our producers to convince them. If everything went well then you'll be able to work with us on full feature film with good budget.
