We want to create a short video to illustrate a scenario of what it would be like to monitor and track a fire spreading with real-time satellite video and how this could be used with disaster response and containment. Integral to this project is to be able to simulate satellite ground video at a 1m resolution (where objects are represented where 1m in real-life = 1px in the video image), through a combination of CG animation or motion graphics effects with video compositing/production. Aesthetically, this video should appeal to a government/local emergency response customer: realistic and not flashy, with a clean aesthetic.
