I have 10+ MP4 files with an on screen english description of the next segment. Each file is approximately 1.5 minutes long, segments are each under 10 seconds. I need the individual segments saved as separate files using the preceding onscreen text as the filename. I need these also converted to GIFs. Both video and GIF files will be needed.
