Transcribe youtube video

I want someone to transcribe the words in my videos into subtitles using the youtube subtitles CC platform. The auto transcriber is not good enough. Once you have created the SRT file, I will need it converted into after effects text layers too.
The three main goals are;
• Accurate spelling and grammar
• Short, one line segments
• Perfectly timed to match the video
Each video I send you is about 2 minutes long, and I will need the SRT and AEP files within 24 hours.
