Build Alexa Skill & Custom Google action to play music file in loop

This project is to create Alexa skill and Google assistant custom action. Below references to Skill means - Alexa Skill or Google actions: Summary of Requirement: This Skill or Google custom action will be able to play a mp3 hosted on https URL for X seconds and then pause and say a message. After saying the message, continue playing the mp3 file for X seconds from where it left off and again say a message. Continue this in loop till User says STOP. Here is Flow: 1. User installs the skill and opens it first time. 2. Play the welcome message and ask user if user would like to customize. 2a: If user says Yes: Ask user to provide time interval in seconds that music should be played for. Save the seconds in DB for this user. Say the default message and ask user if user would like to customize the message? If yes, ask user to say it, confirm it and save it in DB. If user say NO, continue to Step 3 2b: If user say No, continue to Step 3 3. Play music mp3 URL from the offset( if offset is not null ) for X seconds or default seconds saved in config file ( Config file will have default number of seconds and mp3 https URL to play) 4. After X or default seconds, Pause, save current music offset in DB and say the custom message or default message ( saved in config file). 5. Go to Step 3 and continue the loop till User say Stop or any other default message to interrupt playing of music. When Stop intent is triggered, delete offset saved in DB for this user. Do not delete X seconds and custom message for the user as this will be used next still user initiates the skill or custom google action. Other Intents: Customize Skill: User can ask Skill to customize if user does not decide to customize the first time. Help Intent: User can ask for help anytime: Play help message.
