ABOUT US We are Moti Media, a Hong Kong/Macau based social enterprise that produces artistic content and immersive experiences that aim to inspire and help humanity discover our inner utopia through storytelling. WHAT WE NEED Moti Media is looking for a highly independent and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team at Moti, who can execute project/campaign-based tasks effectively and efficiently under minimum supervision. The ideal candidate will be trained to use Moti Management System (MMS) and become a contributor of the system, to turn thoughts into action, and to turn ideas into reality. The new member we are expecting should be not only a good communicator but also an avid learner that can work and evolve with the team to make the system better throughout time. Responsibilities * Conceive, Plan and Document actions and workflow required to achieve the campaign goals at the execution level * Carry out project/campaign-based tasks in support of Marketing & Outreach business functions * Research and List Generation based on defined topics * Accounts contact, follow up, CRM data entry and updates * Create assets based on campaign needs * Make daily reports on your work about completion and problems faced * Learn and utilize our management system to manage your work on a daily basis Requirements * Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) * Good communication skills and precision of language * Hours coinciding with Hong Kong time zone * Experience in SaaS is a huge advantage * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts * Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient * Self-motivated with strong time management * Experience in Marketing, Project Management, Outreach, Recruitment & Procurement is a plus To get a better understanding of who we are and what we do, on top of our website, please also take a look at our additional info available here: * [login to view URL] * [login to view URL]
