We require 5 to 8 female virtual assistant.
Job description:
1. Reply to all client's email queries once a day. Provide 1 hour chat support daily.
2. Provide resolution to order delays and payments and confirm in our software.
3. Do web research about new products and provide report to the clients.
4. Occasionally (once a week) call / receive phone calls and provide telephonic support. (You will be provided phone with new number and billed amount)
This is a part time job - 1 Hr daily, 5 days a week.
Requirements:
1. Only Indian females, residing in India can apply.
2. Gujarati being native language is a ++ but not a compulsion.
3. You should be able to spend 1 hour anytime between 10 AM to 8 PM IST
4. Payment after end of each month.
