I own a specialist marketing business that works with hotels in the UK. I manage the marketing for numerous busy and demanding hotels and have just taken on a new client with seven hotels. I have two tasks that need to take place fairly swiftly so that I can stay on top of what's required. The key deliverables I require from this task are: - A database (Google Sheet) listing any date dependent information on the website, so any special offers, events or information that has a date related to it, and will therefore expire and need to be removed at some point. I need to know where the information is located (the URL), and the date it references (the date it will need to be removed). There may also be some more nuanced aspects - so something may refer to being 'recently refurbished', this will need to be recorded too, as at some point I will need to make sure this is changed. - A log of any errors you identify that need to be corrected (proofreading). Get as far as you can on this task in 1 hour. Once chosen for this position/task, a video and access to a Google Sheet will be supplied to clarify how this task should be approached.
