Clone 2 Images

Hello, we need two images cloned. One is attached is currently a jpeg with a white background. We need it cloned or clipped so that it is a psd with layers so that we can use either a red, or green or black background, so it will look something like this: [url removed, login to view] The other image we need cloned is here: [url removed, login to view] We need this cloned so that we can change the text thats been used. The clone will need to be realistic and still look like a photo. We need this done today so any questions just ask.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
