Design of Plastic Stand and Labels(repost)

Hello,

I need a perspex stand designed along with 33 labels.

The stand will have a top panel, 2 side panels and 3 front panels as it has 3 steps in it.?

? All designs will need to be supplied in EPS and JEPEG. Specifics of the designs can be found on the attachment.
