Design of a logo

Hi,

I am looking for a designer who can create a logo for a client of mine.

Issue is changing a first mockup of a logo that is already done (see attachment). Client wants to be added a design mark. Well, she is a coach for soft skills and her company name is telling something about a change-over she has to do when she is coaching. So the design mark must be something like an arrow that leads "from here to there" - a changeover. Not the arrow like Nike has , something different.

2nd change that needs to be done is the inserted "h". This needs to be done in a bolder font - now it is too small to see.

I am looking for a long time cooperation to a designer from europe. Reliability is the most important thing for me. Most projects will be logo and businesscard- design and designing and deloping static HTML- webpages. Communication shall be done with skype.
