Convert Excel VBA userform and functionality to Visual Basic

**DO NOT POST YOUR PROFILE OR PORTFOLIO ** I've created a a spreadsheet that holds data that is entered via a UserForm. This is a simple program - It just needs to lookup values to populate dropdowns and input user selections into a database. I need a coder to create a Visual Basic program from the userform and code within it. Requirement: PROGRAM MUST BE WRITTEN IN VISUAL BASIC 1. Program should have a userform that the user can enter data and the data is stored in a database. 2. Program should have the ability to be used by multiple users at the same time. database and program will be located on a shared network drive. 3. Program should have the ability to export data based on date range that the user [login to view URL] is for reporting purposes - Exporting directly to Excel would be most desired. 4.
